How It Works


Your lovely quilt top is finished and now it's ready to be quilted.

That is where I can help!

Bring your quilt to me in person or ship it using mail or other service.

  • If you are dropping off your quilt please email or call me to set up an appointment We will complete a Quilting Request Form when we meet or you can complete it before you come.
  • If you are shipping your quilt please call or email me prior to sending your quilt and be sure to include a Quilting Request Form for each quilt you are sending.
  • When shipping a quilt we suggest that you place your quilt top, batting (if you are supplying it), backing and Quilting Request form in a plastic bag and seal it.  Be sure to include a Quilting Request form for each quilt you are sending. Please ship in a secure box that will accommodate the finished quilt.  Insure your package for the replacement cost in case of loss or damage.

I will review your Quilting Request Form and provide you with a detailed quote.

  • If you are dropping off your quilt this process can be completed at that time.
  • If you are sending your quilt to me I will review everything with you either by phone or email and email you a detailed quote.

I will email you when your quilt is ready for pick up or shipping back to you.

  • If you are picking up your quilt please email me to set up a convenient time
  • If I am shipping your quilt to you I will contact you to see how you would like me to send it and find out the cost of shipping.

Payment can be made by VISA, Mastercard, American Express, e-transfer or cash (local clients only).
